Our ultraviolet UV lamps provide the broadest spectrum of UV light, catering to the varied requirements of multiple industries and applications.
While customized doped lamps are available, the following spectrum types are generally accepted and utilized across various industries.
Mercury
The spectral output spans from 200 to 450nm, peaking at 365 nm. Notable spectral lines occur at 254nm, 313nm, 405nm, and 436nm. These lamps are utilized in a variety of UV curing processes and for UV sterilization purposes.
Metal Halide - Iron
This type of lamp is distinguished by a continuous spectrum that spans from 250 to 450nm, with an especially enhanced output in the 380nm region. It is highly effective for use in photopolymer and daylight film exposure systems.
Metal halide - Gallium
The spectral output in the 400nm region is notably enhanced, featuring a peak wavelength at 417nm. This makes such lamps especially beneficial for Diazo-type processes.
Medium-pressure UV lamps are the most common and widely accepted type, suitable for nearly all industrial applications. They are characterized by advanced technology, which has been continually developed over the past century, ongoing improvements in materials and manufacturing techniques, longer service life, and the capability to adapt to a wide range of machines, applications, and processes.

Alongside medium-pressure UV lamps, our inventory features a variety of other uniquely designed types specifically tailored to fulfill distinct industrial needs and applications. Below are some examples.
Mercury short acr lamps
With a range from 2kW to 10kW and a spectrum spanning from 265nm to 436nm, these are primarily used as light sources for curing processes in the PCB, LCD, and PDP industries.
Xenon & mercury xenon lamps
These are developed for spot curing in the semiconductor industry, featuring spectra that closely mimic natural sunlight, extending from the ultraviolet to the infrared zone.
Mercury capillary lamps
Super High-Pressure Mercury Capillary Lamps feature water-cooling and instant ignition. They are widely utilized in the PCB industry and various specialized applications.
Microwave ultraviolet bulbs
This type of lamp is distinguished by its lack of electrodes and its operation via microwave. Available in both mercury and metal halide varieties, these lamps are utilized in a range of applications, such as UV coating in the automotive industry.
We continuously innovate and explore ultraviolet technology to provide our customers with better products and services. After years of development, we have ventured into more new fields and developed a series of unique new products. Here are some new applications.
Ballast Water Management System
We preserve the oceans with our ultraviolet technology solutions through close collaboration with our valued clients in the Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) industry. We provide customized UV lamps, high-quality electronic ballasts, and unparalleled technical support to enhance UVC output for water sterilization, in strict compliance with maritime requirements and regulations for disinfecting microorganisms.
We design ceramic caps with optimal efficiency from a scientific perspective, selecting only the highest quality ceramic materials and fillers. Our design features ceramic baffles for thermal insulation and utilizes the synergy between springs and water jackets to efficiently transfer heat from the lamp tubes into the water. This guarantees safe operation of the lamps and extends their lifespan within the sealed quartz water jackets.
Water treatment & sterilisation
We offer a diverse range of lamps tailored to meet various water treatment and sterilization needs, suitable for both industrial and residential settings. We carefully choose the highest purity quartz tubing for our lamp production, incorporating cutting-edge design principles and physical sciences.
The lamp tubes are sealed within high-purity quartz water jackets filled with nitrogen to prevent the production of ozone, thereby maintaining the highest output of UVC energy. Our scientific design and specially chosen materials greatly enhance the stability and lifespan of the lamp tubes, meeting customers’ needs for spectral energy at 185nm and 254nm.
We offer a wide range of medium-pressure UV lamps for water sterilization. In addition to jacketed types, we have standard versions made from super-high-purity quartz with specific and customized ceramic bases. For even higher intensity of UVC, especially at wavelengths of 254nm and 180nm, synthetic quartz that is much superior is selected in manufacturing.
Trenchless pipe rehabilitation Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) solutions
We offer a wide range of specially designed lamps for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, including sewer, water, gas, chemical, and district heating systems with diameters from 0.1 to 2.8m. Along with high-quality lamps, we provide efficient electronic ballasts and unparalleled technical support for clients constructing UV systems and light-trains.
Our single-ended metal halide UV lamps are manufactured and crafted from the best materials and technology. The lamps are sealed within quartz tubes filled with nitrogen, with both ends of the wiring directed to one side. They are extremely convenient to use and can be plug-and-play. In addition to gallium lamps and iron lamps, custom-designed & multi-band hybrid lamps are also available, providing a more complete spectrum to meet the requirements of new materials.
To accommodate the various and ever-changing requirements of municipal and public works in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) solutions, we have also developed a wide range of standard and double-ended metal halide lamps, providing greater flexibility and adaptability to our clients.
